License Agreement

1. License for Use of Software
1.1. The Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
1.2. Under this license, you are allowed to use the Software only for non-commercial purposes.
1.3. You are not allowed to sell, rent, license, modify, adapt, distribute, translate, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the Software without the express written consent of the Licensor.

2. Limited Warranty
2.1. The Software is provided "as is", without any express or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

3. Limitation of Liability
3.1. In case of any claims, damages, or other liabilities arising from the use of the Software, the Licensor is not liable to you or third parties.

4. Prohibition of Sale or Modification
4.1. You are not allowed to sell, rent, license, modify, adapt, distribute, translate, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the Software without the express written consent of the Licensor.

5. Studying the Source Code
5.1. You have the right to study the source code of the Software for personal knowledge and learning.

6. Requesting Modifications
6.1. If modifications or improvements to the Software are required, you agree to contact the Licensor for permission and approval.

7. Dispute Resolution
7.1. In case of disputes related to this Agreement, the parties agree to attempt to resolve them through negotiations.
7.2. If the disputes cannot be resolved through negotiations, they are subject to resolution in accordance with applicable laws.

8. Other Provisions
8.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Licensor regarding the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, promises, express or implied, regarding this subject.
8.2. This Agreement is governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws.
8.3. This Agreement takes effect upon your initial use of the Software and remains in effect until its termination.
